Email us about any AeroGraham app. Include the app name, your device, and what you were doing when the problem happened. We usually reply within two business days.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app's settings and choose Delete Account. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email us and we'll send you an export of the personal information we hold about you.
